The therapist
Flora Steinreiter-Sperat, MSc.
Occupational Therapist, Medical Masseur & Rotatherapist
All Health Insurances and Private Patients
After completing my training as a medical masseur in 2014 at the Manus Massage School, I successfully graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from FH Campus Wien in 2017. In my work with patients, I place great emphasis on collaboratively developing therapy goals. It is important to me that my patients feel completely comfortable and well taken care of during therapy sessions.
I consider respectful communication, humor, and empathy to be key elements of my approach. To provide the best possible support to my patients, I stay up-to-date with the latest research through continuous further education, additional training, and reading specialist literature.
For more information, I am happy to be available by phone or email.
I look forward to meeting you and to a successful collaboration!

What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy—derived from the Greek word "ergein" (to act, to be active)—is based on the idea that "being active" is a fundamental human need and that targeted activity has a health-promoting and therapeutic effect. Therefore, occupational therapy supports and accompanies people of all ages who are limited in their ability to act or are at risk of such limitations and/or wish to expand their ability to act.
The goal of occupational therapy is to empower people to perform activities that are meaningful to them in the areas of self-care, productivity, and leisure/recreation within their environment.
In occupational therapy, specific activities, environmental adaptations, and counseling are purposefully and resource-orientedly applied. This enables the client to improve their functional ability in daily life, their social participation, and their quality of life and satisfaction.

What is Rotatherapy?
Rotatherapy is a versatile neurophysiological treatment method that supports people of all ages—from infants to seniors. Through specific rotational exercises of the spine and the entire body, central body tension is regulated, and tensions caused by early childhood reflexes or acquired movement patterns are released. This promotes healthy sensorimotor development and can improve concentration difficulties, learning, and behavioral challenges.
In just a few sessions, an individual exercise program is developed that can be easily implemented at home. The exercises are primarily performed on the floor. Additionally, sleeping positions and everyday tips are discussed, which have a positive impact on the central nervous system.
Rotatherapy is not only therapeutically effective but is also excellent for preventive care.
